Rear drums to discs?

How easy is it to change my rear drums to discs?
Other than changing the whole rear axel?

I would probably opt for changing the whole axle,probably less complicated,trying to match things upto it.
But I'm sure someone will be along soon and say differently possibly more mechanically minded

I dude on here (giles) did it a while ago when he had a 1.6 rsi clio, he swapped it back in the end, he said it just wasn't worth it.

ABS issues will arise, they can be gotten around but its not worth the hassle for the (zero) benefit given.
