rear goodridge brakelines on 182

Hi,
How are these fitted?
Had a look under my car the other day and it looks like you have to mod the hardline as the original rubber hose is crimped on?
Is it worth doing?

They don't replace the flexy section to the calipers, but the section that links to the front of the beam off the underbody hardlines.

Fairly easy job to do, I'd do it for the sake of a complete set personally.

ah ok, so there is another flexy section under the car, i'll have to have a look the next time she is up.
I was wondering about them because I thought the ones near the wheels were some kind of special High pressure hose which was stiff enough.
