rear light clusters

recently got a set of back rear light clusters off my mate who has a mk2 ph2, but i have a mk2 ph1 and have discovered the actual lights are in different locations on both models, are these easy enough to rewire or should i give them back? they retail at £160 but i'm getting them for £40 so would rather keep them if possible.

no mate i got a set for my mk2 ph1 clio that were set to phase 2, if you look at the wiring loom, you should be able to pull off the plugs to the lights

Do a search on the forum, someone posted the wiring diagram not long ago.
