rear plastic removal, help please!

can anyone give me a guide as to how to remove the rear black plastic bumper moulding from a 52 reg Clio?? ive got half of it off but it feels glued on towards the centre and im worried about breaking it!
also having the same problem with the middle part of the front bumper plastic that holds the number plate!

if anyone can help be much appreciated cos i wanna get it fully colour coded!

i got the front off by sliding a blunt kitchen knife down the recess, and using it to fork the mouldings out. it shouldnt be glued at all. back bumper needs to come off to get the moulding off in most cases.

cheers mate, got the front off and gonna do the back once got a garage to do it in. cheers for the advice
