rear seats

im taking the rear seats out of my ph1 clio 172. Ive taken the bottom part of the seat out, but im stuck with the back bench. I can see the sides pop/ slide out but the middle part im stuck with. Which bolt do i need to undo?

There are 2, you have to take one out all the way but just slacken the other off, cant remember which is which though, the one with the torx head quite often rounds off so be careful.

I can't remove the torx 40 bolt from mine
