Are the rear shocks on a MKII 172 and a 172 Cup the same?

will these fit a 172 cup

I believe the damping rates on the cup rear shocks are slightly different from the other models, some folk say its just the fronts that are different but the codes vary.

Anyway the easy answer is yes they will fit.

Renault parts department are only 49 quids each for them though
