rear wheel bearings

Car  seat ibiza cupra
my fiance has just brought the euro black clio from this forum

think it was tommy who owned it

has new rear bearing ready to fit, any idea on if this can be done at home or needs a garge and how much should i be looking to pay?

bearing will need to be pressed in, so you could strip it all down and take the bits to a garage for them to press it in, personally id just take it to a garage

and, its bought, not brought, sorry its a pet hate of mine

If you take it all apart, most places will press the bearing in for less than £20.

Local tyre safety depot over here will fit a rear bearing for £15 per side
-so should only cost a few quid or a mars bar to get one pressed into a disc! :)

what parts would i need to take and how long would it take to get all that apart!

mars bar sounds cheap - mayb a duo lol

Just take the brake disc and new bearing. If the old one needs to be pushed out allow 2 Mars bars.
The Clios brakes are the same brake configuration as your Ibiza.
