Recaro seats

Just a question do the recaro's from the 197/200's fit in the 172/182's with same recaro brackets as trend lines?

Does anyone know how they look? Because they are quite tall!

Nope. Not on the same brackets. Not as far as I know anyway.

I think PM Steve @ R-Sports as he had some in a flame red 172 before iirc

Yes as far as I'm aware, it's been done a couple of times

  Mint 1*2's for sale-
they don't fit- you have to fabricate runners & mounts etc.

The ones I had were new from capitol seating with the base & runners for a 2001-2004 Clio MK2.

Basically you have to buy aftermarket Recaros from Capitol seating/demon tweeks etc. These seats have a flat mounting plate so you can then buy a Recaro to clio subframe mounting kit.

The seats from a mk3 have their own specific mountings.

I'd have thought, I bought some aftermarket trendlines and bases from them for a mk2 years ago

I paid TRADE price for the seats & runners etc.

1.6k- the RRP was 2.2k.

All of the recliners work with normal belts. Then for buckets you want an ABE marked seat. I believe the apex and pole position fixed seats both have this as an option. As fitted with stock belts in the gt3 and TTQS.
