Recaro Trendline obvious help

Right I have the Trendlines in my clio and can't workout why the bit at the end of the actual sitting part like slides forwards? What does that actually do? Haha.

Ah haha XD couldn't work it out makes me sound thick haha but it just didn't clink until about ten minutes ago I though that's what it must be for myself haha
