Passenger seat wont tilt forward, have had a quick look and it looks like a brake cable from a mountain bike running down the back of the seat, the wire has not snapped so i guess it has just popped out of place at the bottom. My question is, where does the wire end? Do i have to remove the plastic on the side of the seat? Any help would be great, cheers
