Recomendations on Filters

Look crap to me if I'm honest.

Two of those filters are pointless, never heard of a fluorescent filter!

A filter won't reduce glare that much, that's technique for me.

Sounds like you want a polarising filter tbh, get a good one of those instead of a load of crap filters.

Isnt a fluorescent filter a hangover from the days of film, basic white balance correction? Only thing I can really think of past that is the fact that it'll flickr at 60hz, but that is just related to shutter speed? Just get a polariser and be done with it. UV filters are pointless unless they're there for protection. Normally a hood will work fine for protection, its generally just the ultrawides that have shallow hoods that may need one?

Save the money and buy a 50 1.8 off kerso for 69 quid.

Darker for landscape shots? Are you trying to balance the foreground and sky, if so look into merging multiple exposures or GND filters; Cokin being the budget option and Lee the high end.

A CPL will reduce reflections and give you bluer skies.

Example pics would help, I suspect technique could solve the issues better than more kit..

On filters the cheap ones really are s**t imo.

Ive used them and its amazing how much they screw up the IQ.

Buy the best you can afford but imo most people dont need filters for most things.
