Recommend a camera for my mum !

Getting a camera for my mum at xmas but I've no idea what to get. Here are the stats...

1. Must be no more than £75
2. Must be so easy to use
3. Must be digital (of course!)
4. Must have a viewing screen on the back (I forgot what they are called!)
5. Must take good pictures (when she eventually takes a good shot!)

Any ideas?

The canon powershot’s tend to be good, that has the same sensor as the one as I found for my Nan, I’ve used it and it takes some nice photo’s, it had some ‘art filters’ too which can be fun if you want to be a bit more creative.

It has 720p video too.
