Recommend Me A Set Of Tyres For A Clio 172

As the title says, what would you recommend for everyday use?

I'm looking for a compromise between road holding and price. :approve:

  BG PH1 Megane 225
I've got Kumho KU31's on my 172, they've been every bit as good as the Continentals they replaced :approve: £43.10 per tyre on CamSkill at the moment too.

  172
£46.70.. nt 2bad still. cheaper than the rain sports but iv heard soo many people sayn the T1R are leathal in the rain

  LY R26 #288
I'm also going to be in need of two front tyres soon. I'm thinking of getting the proxies t1-r at £68 each delivered. At the moment my car has Kumho tyres on but I dont know what type they are. They seem to grip well though, So I might go for them again. Just not sure! and would prefer somthing that my local tyre place has in stock!.

Proxes t1-r's are possibly one of the worst tyres in the wet, i have had them on previous cars and wouldnt bother with them again! thats just my opinion though. I now have continental sports and wouldnt look back, superb grip and noticably better than the proxes!

  Mini Cooper S
Not a fan of T1Rs but at their price they can hardly be ignored! Uniroyal RS2s seem to be pretty decent, they held up well with some track work too.

i like my hankook v12's. used to have t1-r's which were ok in all but the v12's do feel like a step up. t1-r's were hardly lethal in the wet. far worse wet condition tyres out there!! i actually found them ok in the wet, not great but not half as bad as my falkens were!

  Clio 172
Uniroyal rainsports are awesome wet and dry. Im running Dunlop SP Sports at the min and I highly recommend them. They have been great in this snow and ice

  "Navy" N17 TWO
I've got Kumho KU31's on the front from last week - a step up from the Toyo T1R's I had on it, and cheaper too! :D

I was going to get Rainsports but they were out of stock

Running on Semperit tyres on the rear - can't mind the model but they are really good and were £36 each iirc
