Recommend me a soldering iron for changing my SMD's in the clocks

Nice fine tip and less than £15 ideally.

I've seen some Weller ones at Maplin but have no idea what wattage I need.

i used a antex 15w iron with a bevel tip to change the SMD LED's in my clio dials

it was what i had but seemed to to the job fine
