recommended engine oil for 182

Hey, just bought my 182 and going to do a cheeky little oil and filter change, just wondered what people recommend as good oil as i do give it a bit of stick.

Congrats on the 182!
I went through a number of threads about this myself when I got my car a couple of months ago. There are loads of opinions you will find on here but some useful info posted by Oil Man I think? just do search.
I settled on Silkolene 5w 40 after reading everything. Not cheap but v.good and my 182 is running nice and smooth since.
I got mine through Opie Oils, get discount through here and very quick delivery.

Fully synthetic everytime for the RS models - leave the sheep dip semi stuff for the normal models

Depends how much you want to spend most decinet fully synthetic sstuff fine for mosst people just chnage it ever 6k.

If you do track days then look at Motol and millers.
