ReCon'd Drive Shafts Clio 172 - Urgent!!

  Clio 172
'51 Plate Clio Sport 172, with 40k on the clock, and have noticed very bad judder/shudder when accelerating in 3rd/4th.

Been confirmed by main dealer and specialist that drive shaft(s) are knackered, both inner/outer CV joints showing major wear, mainly because of the 22k miles I have put on it this year!

Anyways car has been with Renatec in Bristol for last two days and they have had several sets of reconditioned drive shafts delivered, but none of them have been right match for car.

Only alternative is buying new ones from Renault at £175 each, instead of £88 each.

Has anyone else had the same problem, or can suggest anywhere else to source them from?? Specialist has tried 10 places but no joy.

22k in one years nothing I've done near that this year I think and ever since I had the car.

Theres loads of 172/182 putting that milage on in less time than 7 months even tracked cars without issues.

The specialsts need to get there act together they don't sound much like specialists.
