Refurbing Wheels.. ShotBlasting, PowderCoating! Confused?? Fred...

  Coiley'd Clio PH2
Right, ive had my OZ's for about a year now and they have got a few little scratches and marks on them now.
Im a bit of a perfectionist so ive decided i want to get them refurbed.

Ive been looking on various threads trying to find out what the options are. Im a bit confused at the moment to be honest, Shotblasting? Powder Coating? Standard Refurb? Any others.... what do they all mean, whats best?

they are currently in Crystal Titanium. Not sure whether to keep the same colour or have a different colour, i was thinking white or anthracite.
Not sure really. Any help would be appreciated....
Would like to get it done before FCS really.

Cheers
Nick

powdercoating is probably the best bet, hardest wearing finish.....whereas paint will eventually start chipping (as i found out when i DIY'd mine, have to keep touching them up).......................shotblasting is just what they do before the refurb iirc to remove all the crap/contaminents(sp) from the surface of the wheel......

so yeah, powdercoating is the best way imo
