I got the registered owners thing through and i got a surprise when i opened it up to find that I wasnt the registered owner but Mrs Paul Doyle was! IM F**KING PISSED OFF WITH THE DVLA!!!!

I have the same problem, mine came through as Mrs David Knight!!!! They really must be idiots to do it multiple times, I thought it may be a one off!
