Remove old exhaust mounts?

Hi

I'm trying to get the old exhaust mounts off my car, bolts came out fine but there's a metal bush that the rubber seems to be stuck to and It won't budge any advice?

Lol it unbolts on the other side. 8MM I think, will then slide out.

Don't, I had this a while back when I changed mine, it's not the easiest thing to spot.
