Remove the 17s?

  Clio 172 PH2
My ph2 has 17s on they are Oz superturismo I'm not sure if they are lightweight but wondering if I'm better swapping to oem 16s or something? - it feels ok but maybe 16s are better for turn in etc etc?

The car will mainly be used on a track but road driven too.

Thanks

Does it not look like a tractor on 17" wheels? I've always swapped to 15" wheels on these due to cheaper track tyre cost, dread to think the price difference between these and 17" tyres, also doubt you'll be able to lower much on 17" wheels so if your tracking you'll want smaller and get it on lowering springs or coilovers [emoji106]

I meant between 15" and 17" mate

Still a few quid between em per tyre
Just showing the tyres I use for reference
Nearly £70 difference per set [emoji108]

Thanks Dr jeykll.
To be honest it's not that bad not tractor bad.

In terms of using it on the track what would be better 15s or 16s, should I just put stock 16s on if on a budget?

For track and budget, 15"s all day long

There's a guy with 18"s on a 197 who frequently does oulton. Here's me thinking 17" tyres were expensive enough lol
