removing 172 seats

hi , im thinking of putting bucket seats in my 172 but took a look at how the old ones come out and there is no bolts in the runners from what i can see , just black metal studs/caps , can any1 advise me how you remove the seats

The nuts are undone from underneath the car. There's four per seat I think

You take the side plastic mouldings off with a torx bit then you have 2 bolts on either side of the seat, undo them and take the airbag clip out of the underside of the seat if i am correct.
Maybe worth paying 10 quid to become a member and there is a guide on removing them in the guides section with pics may be worth it m8y.

Look under the car. Drivers side has 4 bolts, 2 are under rubber covers about 3 inch diameter and the other two bolts are in the exhaust tunnel.

Pretty much the same for passenger side
