Removing bumper strips?

So yeh, how do you get em off? (front & rear bumper ones!)

Slide them. If a bit of trouble, give them a bang and slide at 1st.

The bumper ones i just yanked off

Rear one is obvious, undo two bolts and yank

The bumper inserts will come out if your careful, i'd just remove the bumper and pop them out from the back tbh though. Saves the chance of damaging the paint trying to prise them out.
