Removing Bumpers off a mk2 98 non sport

I want to colour code my bumpers on my 1998 clio. how do you get the bumpers off?

Undo all the screws and shove

For the rear you have to open the bootlid, undo the two torx screws, get in the wheel arches and undo a bit of the archliners and then the screws underneath the bumper itself.
Same sort of thing with the front bumper.
