Removing Cup rear bench

It looks really obvious as thought it should simply lift out with some persuasion but I can't lift it all the way out.

Is there a trick to this?

You need to undo the starnut/bolt thing in the middle.

Then it should lift out.

It's a Cup. There is no divide.

If I remember correctly there are two black nuts at the back (in the boot) one on either side, and then another bigger pain in the arse nut in the middle.

Yeah it was quite a bit of hassle. Took it out for my track day. WD40 and an air gun later it was out. But not worth it I don't think.
