Removing door trims?

I'm going to be getting some unpainted poverty spec door trims off a Clio mk2 that's breaking. Do they just pull off?

Also probably a very daft question but I take it some off a 1.2 are the same as a 182 just not colour coded?

Open the door and it slides backwards about half an inch and will fall off.

Same with the back ones (but iirc, they slide forwards)

Mk2 1998-2006 are all the same fitment.

When you say they "slide off" do you mean "Be an absolute bloody pain that refuse to slide off" Or is that just mine?

They will usually fall off. Bet somebody has bonded them on lol.
