removing driver airbag

Im currently trying to remove my steering wheel to fit my new momo jet but ive fallen at the first hurdle. How do i release the retaining clips for the steering wheel airbag? Been poking at them with a flathead but no joy.

Try a allen key.

Flathead screwdriver did it for me, just pried them out.

Is the thin metal wire part of the airbag or is that what I'm unclipping the airbag from?

Got it now anyway cheers.

Now i dont have a torx head big enough haha.

Off to B&Q I guess.

Jesus christ, the torx bolt holding the steering wheel in is massive and b&q dont sell anything as big. Anyone know where i can get one? It must be like t55 or something.

I think it is a T50.
