removing front bumper

I need to remove my front bumper to fit my angel eyes any ideas what the best way of removing it any pics will be very helpfull any help would be very greatfull

I had a look this morning and i just cant seem to find the bolt behind the wheel arch have you got any pctures at all

didnt mean to take this, was using the phones light lol

that really isnt clear but thats the wheel on the right and the front bumper arch liner
