Removing Grills, Rear bumper insiert, exhaust surrounds....

Anyone got any tips to taking these bits off before i try and ruin them?!

Oh, and fog light surrounds.

Not sure about the rest, but removing the rear strip, i pushed it out from the inside of the bumper, or you can prise out the edges with a butter knife and a cloth.

Exhaust surrounds will be glued on, but they just pull off (on with friction and glue only)

The front grilles/ fogs/ rear bumper insert, be easiest to remove bumpers to remove them.

Damn, could do with at least removing the rear insert and fog surrounds, cant be bothered to take the bumpers off either!

I'll have a go and see what happens!
