Removing headlight level motors?

In the middle of swapping headlight housings over.

How do you remove the headlight level motors?

Don’t want to break them!

Theres a little tab on the left in that pic that a lug on the motor clips into. Can be seen on the right, the motors are universal

Quick twist and it will crack off - it sounds worse than it is.
