removing headlight washer jets

  DCi 100
You can reach in with no archliners and skinny arms, they're attached by wooping great big bolts with the pipe going through the centre into the jet.

taking the front bumper off is much easier and doesn't take long. my arms are too big to reach up to remove the jets.
once you have the bumper off you are not working blind and it makes it much easier to do.

As above, it can be done by removing the arch liner and having skinny arms.
One of mine stopped working not long ago and I fixed it when I removed the bumper for a separate issue (dropped a sidelight bulb into the headlight if you must know). Removing the bumper isn't hard at all.
To remove the bumper you need to remove 2 black plastic screws at the top, 2 torx screws on the arches and 4 x 10mm bolts (behind the arch liner and under the slam panel), then unclip and pull forward.
