Removing inlet manifold

hello all, changing my inlet manifolds over today and following the guide on here with reasonable success. However come across a small problem...the fuel rail. I have removed the 2 bolts holding the fuel rail to the inlet manifold and have popped a bit of wd40 to aid removing the rail without damaging the seals...however the rail does not want to budge.

Anyone got any tips for removing it?

that's the guide I have been using. The fuel rail has now been removed...now for something that's looking ninja...the bolt that screws in from the side of the manifold, how and what can you get on it to remove it?

  Clio 172 cup
This is a bit of a b**ch to move. On the cup it isn't to bad as there isn't any AC in the way.

You need a 16mm spanner / socket. if you can't get at it properly then you need to undo the engine mount on the left hand side and jack the engine up so you can get at it.

Take your time with it and you'll get it

Yep it is indeed a nightmare to do. All off now, time to get the matched ones on...this should be fun!

Any tips for refitting? Manifold is tight and doesn't seem to want to slide easily with the new ptfe gasket.

right, im now in a pickle.:(

from the picture below can anyone tell me what bolts/parts i need to remove/loosen to allow a big enough gap for the manifold plus a ptfe gasket to be fitted?
