Removing interior trim

Hi
How do i remove the drivers interior door trim, cos it squeaks. I can see the 4 screws at teh bottom of the door and i undid them but it doesnt budge...what else is hjolding it on?

off top of my head, usually 2 big bolts in the middle of the handle underneath a plastic cover. 1 screw in the door lever, screws on the underside, maybe 1 or 2 along the inside. then just pull it and itll pop off

If not...get yourself a Haynes manual but its usually the Torx screws at the bottom of the door card and then one at either end of the door i think but not sure
