REMOVING INTERIOR TRIM

hI,

Whats the easiest way to remove the two bits of interior trim on my 04 1.2 16 dynamique??
Also how do i remove the engine cover does it come straight off ?

which 2 bits? engine cover pull it back so front clips come out then lift it up, but be carefull cos they break easy
