Removing mirror cover

  Suzuki Ignis Sport
Whats the best technique in removing the mirror covers?...

Is it folding them back and wedging a screwdriver in and prising it off?...

  titanic killer
sledge hammer ftw,lol

If that method doesnt work try a flat blade wrapped in a cloth/rag to protect the cover from chipping

^^^^exactly what I used...cloth and flat head...underneath the mirror itself.
Feels like it is going to crack....but it will just pop off.

NOOOO fold the mirror in then use a flat blade wrapped in tape or cloth and do it from the hing end of the cover

  My trusty lil 182 :)
I did one of mine from underneath and snapped off the plastic catches that hold the cover on. Still holds on reasonably securely but not perfect. Will try above method on the other one!

So i pull the glass out and unclip the hooks for the rear cover, then take it off, put the new one on, then pop the glass back on?
