removing pillar cover?

my mic for my handsfree kit has packed in, iv got another1 from ebay. i need to take of the drivers side pillar cover to get it up to by the interior light.

are there any special clips or screws anywhere? or do i just pull?

Remove the rubber trim then pull the cover away ( you may need to use a rod or screw driver to push the clips apart)

Very easy job.
