removing rear brakes

Please could someone give me some information on how to change my rear discs on a 172 Cup.

Im sure haynes do a manual for the 172, will usually be a guide in there with pics and stuff showing how to do it.

There is no Hawnes manual ATM for the 172. Its very easy though same as the front but you need to screw the piston back in.
