Removing rear bumper bump strip

Hello guys

How do I remove the rear bumper bump strip?

Do i need to take the whole rear bumper off to do it?

Or can i just take the strip off, with the bumper still entact?

Just remove the 2 screws and the little light just pops out, then just a case of forcing the pastic bit off! no need to remove the whole bumper!

you have to take off the rear bumper to take the strip out. bolts under the rear arch covers, 2 bolts underneath and you have to pop out the number plate light with a flat head screwdriver...buy a haynes manual its all in there

nah u dont have to take it off mate.

2 screws, unpop the light, and PULLLLLL

mine just has push in clips, maybe some are different though?!
