removing rear diamonds

How the hell do you get the rear diamonds out? any help would be great, cheers.

- Take the black plastic off
- Undo 3 bolts
- Pull the whole lock surround out
- scratch away hard glue from the 4 rectangular holes which is keeping the diamond on.
- pull the diamond off
