Removing rear wiper

Well not the whole wiper, I just want the little plastic guard off thats between the wiper and the window, I took the nut thats on the wiper off but it's either ruested on or not ment to come off! Any help would be great!

I had the same problem. Took it to Renault and they removed it using a wiper puller, looks like the one in this link http://www.etoolcart.com/browseproducts/Windshield-Wiper-Puller.html

Oh right, well my local renault is a rip off so ill see if one of the lads at work has 1 in their tool box

I was lucky, I took it in when I was collecting some parts and they sorted it free of charge

If your careful, I used a pair of pump pliers. Just be gentle.
