Removing roof lining glue....

Ripped the roof lining out of my ph1 Clio 16v, and im struggling to remove the black rubber like glue... any ideas?

The best way to remove the headlining adhesive is to gentally remove the magority it off with a knife blade / wall paper scraper.

Then T-Cut to remove all traces of the old adhesive, its a really hard job and took me all day...but its well worth it.
