Removing spots 172 Mk2

Morning folks...

Could someone offer some advice on how to remove the spot lights on the 172?

im looking at getting a CAF fitted and want to route from the nearside spot light hole..

iirc there are 2 screws on the back of the bumper that hold them on. Just undo them and they will come off the back of the bumper
