Removing the backseats...

What tools (more importantly sizing) do I need to remove the back seats.

I've found the bolts etc, but haven't got a clue to what size the Torx bit needs to be.

Hi i dont know off the top of my head but take these sizes, 10mm, 13mm, 15mm and 17mm. Hope this helps.

shouldnt need a torx bit for the rears...

Yeah, you do need a torx bit for the rears, lol.

A wheel brace should get the two gold bolts out, an then its just the single black torx bit in the centre. 14 or 17 i think guy, cant remember.
