Removing top engine mount ?

Any body got a clever ways to go about removing the top engine mount ?
Oviously still needs to be supported and didnt no how people done this ?

jack, block of wood and aim for the sump. Take the weight and your sorted!

as above the block of wood is a must , jack the engine about 2 pumps, then loosen the bolts attaching the mount to the body leaving the mount on the bracket.
