ren 19 box on clio

What effect would a renault 19 16v box have on a clio?

Would the intial acceleration be better?

Will be running the box on a 2l willy engine modified with cams, port & polish, chipped, balanced bottom end

Nothing at all, the gearboxes are the same.

i thought they were different ratios? thats why the 19 has a higher top end?

As fas as I know, the 19s top end is due to its better aerodynamics, didnt think you could hit the limiter in 5th on a clio.

If they do differ it will be minimal.
