Renault alloys



  Clio 1.2+ Laguna 2.0
do i have to notify the insurance company if i get original Renault sport alloys on my clio?

and if a car came with some 14 inch renault stock alloys, but the model is supposed to come with steels, do i need to change back to steels or tell insurance?

If the car left the factory with steel wheels and it now has allys on it, yes you need to tell them, legally.

I personally wouldn't bother but its up to you.

If you're in doubt just ring them?

yeh, okays..thankss, but i doubt am gna tell them for some 14inch crappy rims tbh :/ but they may void my insurance! :/

Mine came with steels, I put oz f1s on and my insurance didn't charge me as they are normal Renault alloys. It's just nice to have it on the paperwork.
