Renault Alpine CD Changer issues

Hey all,

I've bought a alpine CD changer for the car and its all fitted and works. However, when I start the car and drive off, the player will play a CD for about 20 seconds and then reload the CD.

Is this normal? - its quite annoying, and sometimes it has a complete fit and throws up a CD error and won't eject the cartridge. Is this also an issue?

None of those things are normal. I would suggest it's broken.
