Renault Audio Wiring Expert Needed!!! Please

I have decided that i am going to re-wire the speaker wire in my clio.

I have two problems so far:

How do i get the wiring out of the back of the 8 block connector?
Also, where do i get the connectors that come out of the 8 block connector? (these are also what connects the woofer wire to the tweeter wire)

you dont take them out the block,cut the wire and join it with bullet connectors,then wire it to wherever you need

or you can drill through the black block and run what ever gauge wires you want to the speakers in the doors

Good idea Jamie!

Might give that a go as there are two spaces at the bottom where i could do this.
