Renault CD player switching off

Hi there,

I have a really annoying problem!!!! When listen to the radio or a CD in my Clio (2003) after about 15/20 minutes it bleeps, and then will switch off unless you press the on/off button??? I don't know where the manuals are, and was going to just live with it, but can't!!!!!

checked the manual for you but its useless!

Does it display a message on the display when this happens

Could be over heating ????

I've just fixed this problem on me girlfriends. Its the fuse for switchable live. 15amp. Its on the same circuit as the cig lighter.
