renault clio leaking oil

hi to you all .. i new to this so here goes just got a 55 plate renault clio 1.2 last weekend i have oil laying on the sump flange by the dip stick also when the heater on it smells of oil when you open the bonnet it looks like it been spray in oil guy i got it from said he had not put filler cap on had engine steam clean and the oil is back ....... have you any idear where this could be coming from thank you

hi just an up date on my oil problum .... found it was the seal on the dip stick replace it with a new one job done
