Just got the car back after yet another niggling fault.
I sent a letter of complaint to the dealers I use (Renault altrincham). I use this garage as they are nearer to me. They have told me to re-direct my letter to the original dealer I bought my car from?!
How can this be right? The car is a full uk car and was bought from Renault Bolton (14 miles apart) 2 years ago, Ive never been back since. How can they be expected to deal with my complaint?
I would really appreciate everyones thoughts, are they just fobbing me off or is this the way Renault work?
